As we expected, Dallas is a sprawling city with a beautiful skyline and many things to do. We did not expect, however, to be so confused by the side access roads and turnaround spots along the major highways. Confusing roads aside, we enjoyed our time in Dallas. On Sunday morning, we attended church at Bishop T.D. Jake's The Potter's House, and to our suprise gospel singer Fred Hammond was there to sing as well. The Potter's House is doing some great things with its recovery efforts in Haiti. We enjoyed the Bishop's message on "Waiting It Out" and as the singing. After church we headed over to the new Dallas Cowboy's stadium and took a tour where we saw the clubs, boxes, and locker rooms, and even got a chance to walk on the field. The stadium was HUGE - over 800 eateries, seats over 120,000 fans, and at centerfield, is 25 feet taller than the Statue of Liberty. We will definately have to come back in 2014 to see Carolina in the Final Four. GO TARHEELS! We also visted the Highland Park area, American Airlines Arena, and the Texas Ranger's Stadium. Next stop, Austin, TX.
